Calm Ease Reed Diffuser System:

• Add oil from glass bottle to reed diffuser bottle. Insert reeds into diffuser bottle. Wait for 1 minute & flip the reeds upside down with the wet side of reeds now on top. Allow 24 hours for fragrance to diffuse. Flip reeds upside down every 24 hours or after there is residual odour build-up in the clinic.

Odour Guard Kit:

• Add charcoal from silver kit to the non woven cotton pouch (potli) and hang it in high impact zones from where odour comes like spittoon, lab area, patient dressing room, procedure room, etc.

We will share USAGE, PLACEMENT and REPLACEMENT SOP for both product once you have placed the order.

Return Policy:

All of our products are thoroughly inspected and packed before they are shipped to ensure you receive the best possible product. Please inspect your order carefully when you receive it.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We value you as a customer and in the event of damage during shipping and you received a damaged product please contact us within 48 hours of delivery of said Order. You need to simply share videos of the damaged product while opening the order from courier box either by Whatsapp or your Registered Email ID. Then we will verify that the product is actually damaged or cannot be used for its purpose and accordingly send you a free replacement of the damaged product. You do not need to pay anything for the replacement product.

As Doc Air Solutions supplies consumable healthcare ambience products, refunds are generally not applicable, once an order has been shipped or delivered. Refunds will only be processed if the product is unavailable, order is cancelled by Doc Air Solutions or replacement cannot be provided. Where applicable, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval. 

We offer FREE Shipping on all orders within India. Orders will be delivered to you within 4-5 working days. Sunday or National Holidays we do not ship orders. We share tracking details of your order with you. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be recalled.
