What are the refill plans for Doc Air Solutions?

We offer tiered monthly refill plans. 3 month plan is for Rs 900/month, 6 months plan is for Rs 800/month and 12 months plan is for Rs 800/month. In monthly plans, you will get monthly stock where oil and charcoal is changed every month, reeds are changed every 2 months and odour guard kit non woven potli (pouch) is changed every 3 months. We send 3 months stock together to maintain freshness and credibility of stock. 

How do refill reminders work?

Our team sends timely reminders on WhatsApp and ensures doorstep delivery of new refills before your current supply runs out.

Can I change or cancel my plan at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade or modify your plan at any time. For cancellations, simply WhatsApp our team and we will assist you with the process. 

What is included in the billing?

Your monthly billing covers the signature clinic fragrance refills, odour guard kits, and priority doorstep delivery.
